The Golf Longevity Lab offers mobile and concierge services throughout coastal Maine. We regularly travel from Brunswick to York and serve communities up and down the Maine coast. If you’re outside that area, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to discuss travel options.
Who is The Golf Longevity Lab designed for?
Our services are designed for golfers of all ages and skill levels—from recreational players looking to stay active and pain-free to competitive golfers seeking to improve performance, mobility, and longevity in the game.
What’s the difference between golf physical therapy and golf performance training?
Golf physical therapy focuses on addressing pain, injuries, movement limitations, and recovery. Golf performance training is designed to improve strength, mobility, power, and efficiency so you can play your best golf while reducing injury risk.
Do I need to be injured to work with you?
Not at all. Golfers work with us proactively to improve performance, prevent injuries, increase flexibility, and maintain their ability to play golf for years to come. Our goal is to help you stay healthy, resilient, and performing at your highest level.
What is a TPI Physical Screening?
A TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Physical Screening is a comprehensive assessment of your mobility, stability, strength, and movement patterns. The screening helps identify physical limitations that may be affecting your golf swing, performance, or contributing to pain and injury.
